Hi! I'm Marisa, the founder and creator behind The Radical Cupcake (tRC). tRC is a former custom Seattle-based bakeshop that served it's clients with the best scratch baked organic, allergy-friendly, vegan, and earth-friendly baked goods! Since 2007, tRC has been dedicated to making allergy-friendly and organic baked goods accessible, unequivocally sweet, and totally rad!

In January 2012, I launched Seattle Sweets & Company, a boutique purveyor of organic handmade sweets made with local & seasonal ingredients and packaged in sustainable materials. Check out more of the sweetness here!

I am also the former Executive Pastry Chef of Gertrude's and Fabulous Food Fine Catering & Events in Phoenix. I am passionately dedicated to creating unique flavors from simple ingredients, as well as making dessert experiences exciting, unique, and distinctive.

It is my dream to someday open a dedicated allergy-friendly bakery in order to provide the most delectable organic, fair trade, local, and seasonal baked goods to the public. In the meantime, I'll be sharing recipes, allergy-friendly tips & resources, and a whole lot of sweetness right here on this blog.
